The Nautilus restaurant, situated on the Rue de Siam in the town centre, is a historic landmark in Brest’s gastronomic landscape. The Chef and his team offer modern cuisine, influenced by world flavours, which they skilfully blend with regional produce to create a range of flavourful and colourful dishes: Tandoori style tuna Tataki, crab and coriander Maki, or their famous chocolate spring rolls. Plancha cookery is also one of the specialities at the Nautilus, and preserves all the qualities of the food. You can also vary your pleasure by composing your own menus: select the type of meat or fish you fancy, cooked on the plancha, your accompaniments and your sauce! And to ensure a real exotic change of scene, savour your meal with a view of our 3,000-litre reef aquarium teaming with clown fish and sea anemones…
